Susan, If you are fan of The Bat Man, I recommand to see. Because this movie have especially a strong content and appears nice 3 actors than prequels . If you are not fan, Just That movie was worth seeing.

First, The name 'The Bat-Man' disappeared anymore ,and The unfamiliar name 'The Dark Knight ' is written at center. As title's change, this movie don't talk about hero who beat the villain anymore like former batman movie. Dark Knight is no Dark night, and that is story that hero who keep away from heroic.

This movie's main character is not only the Bat Man(Christian Bale), but also the joker(Heath Ledger), the Harvey dent(Aaron Eckhart ).

This 3 man is main, and they lead the movie mixing up with each other.
Batman squares off against a new foe: the Joker.

I was a fan of Heath Ledger because he really acting with relish, I was regrettable to his death. Mr. Ledger as The Joker is categorically, forever brilliant to me .
